Shipping policy

All shipments are sent via trackable shipping service within 3-5 days of placing the order. The buyer is notified about the order dispatch via email and through website interface. 

Buyers are encouraged to login to their account on desicraftshop.com that they created at the time of purchase to stay updated about the transit and delivery times. 

Usual shipping and delivery time for standard items is 10-12 days however delivery time for custom orders may vary depending on the order size and type.

All orders below $80 USD are shipped with a flat $9 USD shipping cost. Orders above $80 USD are delivered with free shipping. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
